1. Production Time
All products are made to order.
Typical production time is 2–5 business days before shipment.
Please note that production times may vary slightly depending on product type and order volume.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide to most countries.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the facility closest to your location whenever possible to reduce shipping time and environmental impact.
Estimated delivery times (after production):
- North America: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 5–12 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Customs processing
- Local postal services
- Seasonal or peak delays
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and order size.
You will see the final shipping cost before completing your order.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be charged upon delivery.
These fees:
- Are not included in our product or shipping prices
- Are the responsibility of the customer
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned:
- We may ask you to cover the reshipping cost

3. 配送料について
